Bio

Prior to beginning her 26-year career for Minds Matter LLC, she worked as an employment specialist for the Shawnee Mission School District working with a wide variety of individuals with special needs, effectively serving as a fortunate precursor to her career at Minds Matter LLC. A graduate of Mid-America Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Human Relations, Linda Brown’s areas of expertise include recruitment, learning and leadership development, relationship building and conflict management. Linda’s passion is working at all levels of our organization to create work environments where all employees feel valued and fulfilled.

Fun Facts

Denver-reared, Linda moved to Overland Park in 1980 and raised three children and has five grandchildren. Her family is her heart. Perhaps her biggest passion outside of family, Linda has volunteered at the Lord’s table, a soup kitchen in midtown for the past 25 years. And maybe the coolest fact about Linda, is that her family built a sculpture park in her name and in honor of all Nanas, aptly known as Nana’s Place in Marlborough, where she has hosted many public picnics and entertainment to give back to the community and share her blessings. She owes a large part of her development and ascent to Minds Matter LLC to the founder, Janet Williams PhD.
