LEVELS THAT WE REPRESENT YOU

  • The initial state so your documents are completed accurately.
  • Any level through several appeals (even in the Federal Court System) to ensure your case is properly considered.

HOW WE HELP YOU WIN YOUR CASE

We help you prove you are disabled due to physical or mental impairment(s). Such proof is required by the Social Security Administration.

We sort through the relevant materials and put together all the information needed by the Social Security Administration to rule on your claim. We help you to be complete and specific. Most unassisted individuals fail to give the Social Security Administration enough required, detailed information to win their case.

Working with your physicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists, we gather the needed information and instruct them on the proper language and definitions under the Social Security Regulations.

We represent you through every appropriate stage of administrative review so that you can be sure your claim is considered. Often a claimant must present his or her case to an Administrative Law Judge to obtain disability benefits.

Typically, we can win your case at the hearing before the Administrative Law Judge. But if we need to go to Federal Court to further pursue your case, we will do so if we believe a Federal Judge will either award you benefits or require the Administrative Law Judge to further consider your case.
